An exceptional William Iv eighteen carat gold vinaigrette, the exterior with all-over engine-turned decoration, the interior with finely reticulated grille depicting flowers, a lute and sheet of music.


Fully hallmarked to the interior of both the top and bottom cover and also to the underside of the hinged grille.
